Thick Paper is ejected when sending a thick
paper print job
If the thick paper is ejected when you send a thick paper print job
to the printer, it means that the printer is not ready. When a
message stating that the printer is ready appears on the screen,
reload the thick paper, and then press the ) paper button.
Thick Paper does not eject properly after a thick
paper print job is finished
Follow the instructions below.
1. Gently remove the thick paper.
2. Press the ) paper button.
Printer Does Not Print
All lights are off
❏ Press the P power button to make sure that the printer is on.
❏ Turn off the printer and make sure that the power cord is
securely plugged in.
❏ Make sure that your outlet works and is not controlled by a
wall switch or timer.
