Return unused paper to the original package as soon as you finish
printing. Store your printouts in a resealable plastic bag. Keep
them away from high temperature, humidity, and direct sunlight.

Accessing the printer software for Windows
You can access the printer software from most Windows
applications, from the Windows Start menu, or the taskbar.
When you access the printer software from a Windows
application, the settings that you make apply only to the
application you are using.
When you access the printer software from the Start menu or the
taskbar, the settings that you make apply to all of your Windows
applications.
Refer to the appropriate section below.
From Windows applications
Follow the steps below to access the printer software.
1. Click Print or Print Setup on the File menu.
2. In the dialog box that appears, click Printer, Setup, Options,
Preferences, or Properties. (Depending on your application,
you may need to click any one or a combination of these
buttons.) The printer software starts.
