Note:
❏ Load the media into the sheet feeder printable side up. See the
instruction sheets packed with the media to determine which side is
the printable side. Some types of media have cut corners to help
identify the correct loading direction, as shown in the illustration.
❏ Make sure you choose the appropriate feeder method and the
appropriate driver setting for the media you are using.
❏ Depending on the media type, you can also load single sheets of paper
into the rear manual feed slot. For instructions on how to load single
sheets into the rear manual feed slot, see the following.

❏ If the paper is curled, flatten it or curl it slightly in the opposite
direction before loading. Printing on curled paper may cause ink to
smear on your printout.
