6 Assembly
This chapter describes the installation in detail.
At least one fitter and three helpers are required for assembly.
ESD-sensitive components
Circuit boards and electric, electronic or optoe-
lectronic components are sensitive to electrostat-
ic discharge and may be destroyed when
touched.
– Wear special ESD shoes.
– Always wear a grounded wristband as shown
below when working near electric, electronic
or optoelectronic components.
Before you touch any electric/electronic parts:
– Put the wristband on and ground according to manufactur-
er’s instructions.
Risk of overheating due to air flow problems!
Operating faults possible.
– Do not change, obstruct or block the air in-
flow and outflow to the device or make any
unauthorized changes to the device. The
manufacturer shall bear no liability for dam-
age or injuries resulting from such actions.
– Do not set up and operate the device on the
transport pallet!
– Observe the ventilation system data.
