step.
• CheckK1relay,seedrawingLayoutAattheendofthissectiontolocatetheK1
relay.
• Withcabinetstillswitched‐off,checkifthecablesconnectedtotherelaysocketare
tight.Seedrawing2‐6below.
• Visuallyinspecttherelayforburntcontactsorflaskmarksontheinsideoftherelay

• IftherelayK1showssignsofarching(burntmarks)ortheNO‐CandNC‐Ccircuitsare
notcorrect,replacetherelay.

• ChecktheFanforoverheating–Themotorhasathermalcutoutbuilt‐in.
• Wait60minuteswiththeFANturnedoffandthentrytorestart.
• IftheFANrestartsdeterminewhythereisexcessiveheatinthecabinet.
• Ifthe
FANdoesnotrestartproceedtothenextstep.
Motorfailure
• Checkwhetherthemotorcanrotateproperlyandnotloosened.
• Checkforphysicaldamage.
• Ifpresent,replacetheblower.
