Assembly

the
2nd
forestay
(option)
A
furling
genoa
is only
usable until
about 50
% of its surface
is rolled up,
If a further
reduction
of
the
surface
is required, it
is advised to
put
the
second forestay
in
place
and hoist
a
jib
or
storm
jib.
Assembly:
1. Fasten
ladder
(5)
to the
2nd forestay
chainplates
(6).
2.
Fasten
wheel
tensioner
with 0,5
m cable
(7)
and
pelican
hook
(4)
to the
2nd forestay
(1)
by
means
of
toggle
pen (B).
3.
Hook the
wheel tensioner
(4)
to
the ladder
(5)
and
bring the
stay to tension.
4. Use
a carbine hook to
attach
the
jib(2)'s
tack
to the D-shackle (3)
of the wheel
tensioner
(4)
When
not in
use, disassemble wheel
tensioner
and cable
(7)
and fasten the 2nd
forestay
with
a
trim
cord to the eye
of one
of
the
shroud chain
plates,

Bei
Verkleinerung
der Oberfliiche
ist
eine Rollgenau
nur
bis etwa
50
o/o
zu benutzen. Wenn
die
Oberfliiche
weiter verkleinert
werden'muss,
emphiehlt
es sich,
das zweite Vorstag
anzubringen
und
Fock
oder
Sturmfock zu
setzen.
Montage:
1. Leiter

an zweiter VorstagpUtting

befestigen.
2. Radspanner
mit
0,Sm-Kabel
(7)
und Pelikanhaken
(4)
mittels
Sicherungsstift
(8)
mit
dem 2. Vorstag
verbinden.
3. Den
Radspanner
(4)
an der Leiter
(5)
einhaken
und
unter Spannung
setzen.
4, Fock
(2)
mittels
eines
Karbinerhakens
am
Hals an D-Schtikel

des Radspanners
(4)
anschlagen.
Wenn
das
zweite
Vorstag
nicht benutzt wird,
bauen
Sie
den Radspanner
mit
Kabel aus,
und befestigen
Sie das
Stag mit
einer
Leine
am Auge
einer
ToppwantpUtting.
