FX16 Master Controller Technical Bulletin 61
Connecting the Relays
!
WARNING: Risk of Electric Shock. Disconnect power supply before
making electrical connections. Contact with components carrying hazardous
voltage can cause electrical shock and may result in severe personal injury or
death.
The FX16 Master Controller features up to nine digital outputs with
electromechanical relays. The relays are divided into six groups and the
common terminals of relays have been grouped together.

Inside each group, you must connect the groups to the same voltage
supply. A double isolation is between the groups; therefore, you can
connect the groups to different voltage supplies.
Connecting the Triacs
The FX16 Master Controller triac (0.5 A, 24 VAC) digital outputs are
commonly used to operate in Position Adjust Type (PAT) and Duration
Adjust Type (DAT) modes.
