Unable to Feed
Card
The printer is unable to
feed a card from the
input hopper.
1. Ensure that cards are available and loaded
correctly.
2. Press the Pause/Resume button.
To cancel the print, click Cancel Print.
Unable to Read
Settings from
the Printer
The printer driver does
not detect the printer.
1. Click OK.
2. Verify that the printer is powered on.
3. Check for communications errors. See Section 6.1:
Communications Errors.
