Remove/Replace the Platen Roller (D930120) & Pulley/Gear (D900429)

Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.

Remove the Stepper Motor Assembly (E000062)
3
Remove the E Clip (140048) and the pulley/gear(D900429)
Remove washers from shaft.
(Replace the gear if necessary)
Tools needed: T10 Torx screwdriver
Estimated Repair Time: 45 min
Preparation: Remove the Covers
Important: This procedure can only be performed by
authorized service personnel.
