With the I/O Summary" register, you can show the number
of occupied bytes of the inputs and outputs.
The I/O parameters of the CPX terminal from example 2 are
(see Fig.2/3):
 Communication type Polled" for I/O data:
6 input bytes for CPX input modules and the CP interface.
20 output bytes for CPX output
modules, the CP interface
and the MPA pneumatic modules.

The above illustration shows the position of the modules in
the CPX terminal, but not the real I/O mapping!
