On colour coded resistors the band at one end will be spaced
further apart than the others. The resistor should be viewed with
this band to the right as follows, reading from the left and side of
the resistor:
Blue 6 1,000,000
Violet 7 -
Grey 8 -
White 9 -
Gold - 0.1
Silver - 0.001
