General information
Smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide alarms are critical life-sa-
ving devices. Legislation mandates that residential properties
must install smoke alarms in escape routes and sleeping
areas. Should any of these areas lack proper alarm coverage,
or if the purpose of a room changes (e.g., converting an oce
into a nursery), it may be necessary to t additional units or
reposition existing ones. Please contact your property mana-
ger or landlord directly for these modications.
The Multisensor Plus is an advanced smoke alarm that pro-
vides additional functionalities beyond standard models. It
detects smoke, heat, and carbon monoxide (CO), issuing spe-
cic alerts for each hazard. Alerts for smoke/heat and CO are
dierentiated by unique sound and visual signals on the LED
display.
Multisensor Plus (Item No. 580200): Equipped with smo-
ke, heat, and carbon monoxide detection capabilities. This
version is intended for general smoke alarm applications and
oers enhanced safety features.
Multisensor Plus Kitchen (Item No. 580250): Features heat
and carbon monoxide detectors and is specically designed
for kitchen environments where the smoke detection feature
is deactivated to avoid false alarms from cooking steam. The
models are distinguishable by a stove icon (refer to Figure,
right column) and their item number.
