1. Press and hold the left and right scroll < > buttons
together for 3 seconds to enter the user preference
menu.
The display will either show 12 Hr or 24Hr
2. Press the tick button to confirm.
The display will flash.
3. Press the right scroll > button on the clock to
change between 24 Hr and 12 Hr, then press the
tick button to confirm.
4.Press the right and left scroll < > buttons to set the
time of day.
5. Press the tick button to confirm.
