Diode Voltage
Note
Calibration of one diode function will calibrate all three diode functions. Bypass Diode,
Blocking Diode, and Diode functions share the exact same hardware and firmware.
Only the procedure for the main diode (V
DIODE
) function is detailed.
To v e r i f y :
1. Set all equipment and the DUT to standby mode.
2. Connect the low-thermal EMF test leads from DUT green connector to the low ohms 532xA
red port and DUT yellow connector to the 532xA black port.
3. Disconnect all other test leads. See Figure 9.

4. Set the 532xA calibrator to output the first resistance test point (see Ta bl e 9 ).
