To v e r i f y :
1. Set all equipment and the DUT to standby mode.
2. Connect the high current test leads from DUT red connector to the Output Terminal + of
the current supply (Keithley 2260B-30-36) and DUT blue connector to the Output
Terminal – of the current supply (Keithley 2260B-30-36). See Figure 4.

3. Turn the rotary switch on the DUT to V

4. Set the current supply to output >5 V.
A minimum of 5 V is needed to allow the DUT to enter into I
SC
mode. The maximum voltage
is critical as it determines the amount of overshoot when the I
SC
circuit is completed. If the
overshoot exceeds 20 A, then no measurement can be made on the DUT.
