- Periodicallychecktheintegrityofthemachineon
thewholeandtheprotectiondevices.
- Beforecarryingout anyrepairormaintenance
operationonthemachine,stopthemachineand
shuttheengineoff.
- Incasetheguardswereremoved,makesuretox
theminplacebeforeusingthemachineagain.
- Complywiththesuggestedoils.Keepthelubricants
awayfromchildren.Carefullyreadthewarningsand
theprecautionslistedinthelubricantcontainers.
Afterusingthem,washyourhandsthoroughly.
Disposeoftheusedlubricantsaccordingtothe
antipollutionregulations.
- Attheendofthemaintenanceandrepairoperations,
makesurethatalloperationsarecompleted,that
thesafetydevicesandtheguardsarebackinplace
beforestartingthemachineagain.
- Thesparepartsmustcorrespond totheneeds
establishedbytheManufacturer.Useonlygenuine
spareparts
- Whenworkingonyieldinggrounds,nearslopes,
ditchesorsteepgrounds,operatewiththeutmost
careatlowspeedtopreventthemachinefromover-
turning;itismoreoversuggested,inthesecases,
toarrangetheloadasfurtherdownaspossibleto
givethemachinemorebalance
- Incasethemachineismeanttoworkonraised
groundsornearprecipices,beforestartingtowork,
itiscompulsorytosuitablyputbarriersaroundall
tractsthatmayinvolvethefallofthemachinefrom
aboveduetoapossiblewrongmaneuverbythe
operator.
- Itisforbiddentotransportloadsweighinghigher
thanthemachinemax.carryingcapacity.
- Itisabsolutelyforbiddentotouchtherunning
partsortocomebetweenthem.(inparticularthe
crawlers)bykeepingatasafetydistance.
- Itisabsolutelyforbiddentohaveforeignpersons
standwithinthemachineworkingarea.
- Avoidparkingthemachineonaslope.Ifnecessary,
blockthemachinewithlogsorsuitablestonesto
beplacedbetweenthegroundandthecrawlers.
- Duringthemaintenanceoperations,donotoperate
themachineinpoorlyventilatedrooms:theexhaust
gasesareharmfultothehealth.
- Periodicallycheckthetighteningofthescrews,nuts
andcouplings,ifany.
- Itisabsolutelyforbiddentoremoveortamperthe
safetydevices.
- Themaintenanceofthemachineshallbeperformed
byskilledpersonnelonlyaftershuttingtheengine
off,byfollowingtheinstructionsofthismanualand
oftheenginemanual
- Beforerefuelingortoppingupwithoil,stopthe
engineandtoletitcooldown.
Whilerefueling,donotsmokeanddonotgetnear
freeames.Besuretothoroughlywipethespilled
gasolinebeforestartingtheengine.
- Ifanypartclogsorstops,stoptheengineandthen
removetheforeignbody.
- Beforeturning,disengagethedifferentiallock(for
machinesthatareequipped).

Transport
3.1 TRANSPORT
Themachineispackedincartons.Incaseitisstored,
wesuggestnottoputmorethanthreecartonsofthe
sametypeoneontheother(1+2).
Donotputaloadofmorethan200kg(withbase
supportnotlessthanthatofthepackagingitself)on
onesinglecarton.
Fortransportationpurposes, themachineis deliv-
eredwiththehandlespositionedabovethebonnet,
thePTOclutchleverandgearselector(11and12
Fig.1)partiallydisassembledandthewheelssepa-
rately.
Inordertoassemblethem,pleasemakereferenceto
thespecicparagraphslistedfurtheron.
