Scroll list of programmable keys
The scroll list displays the programmable key labels.
To configure programmable keys, go to Setting > Programmable Key (see Programmable key on page 23).
For more details about the LED colors and patterns, see Programmable keys on page 7.
Programmable key pages
To navigate between the programmable key pages, press the lower-right key . If the LED of the lower-right key
flashes, then there is an incoming call (line, line appearance, or extension appearance) on one of the non-displayed
programmable key pages.
Notifications
The main screen can show the following notification icons:
Icon Description
Missed call – the phone received a call that was not answered.
Voicemail – indicates a new voicemail message is available.
Message – indicates that a new text message was received from the FortiVoice phone system
while you were on a call.
Do Not Disturb – indicates that Do Not Disturb (DND) is enabled on the phone.
