3. Select the text message to delete.
4. Press the Delete soft key.
5. To confirm, press the OK soft key.
Deleting all text messages
1. In App, select Text Message.
2. Press the Enter soft key.
3. Press the Del.All soft key.
4. To confirm, press the OK soft key.
Visual voicemail
To access the visual voicemail, the phone requires that you enter the voicemail PIN for your
extension.
The Visual Voicemail section displays voice messages in their respective folders, as stored on the FortiVoice unit.
Available folders are All, Urgent, New, and Old.
Playing a voicemail message
1. In App, select Visual Voicemail.
2. Enter your voicemail PIN and press the OK soft key.
3. Select the voicemail message to play.
4. Press the Play soft key.
Accessing additional options for a voicemail message
1. In App, select Visual Voicemail.
2. Enter your voicemail PIN and press the OK soft key.
3. Select a voicemail message.
4. Press the More soft key.
Item Description
Dial Places a return call to the number that left the selected voicemail message.
Dial into voicemail Accesses your voicemail.
Access code dial Places a return call to the number using the outgoing access code (for example: 9
or 0), if configured on the FortiVoice phone system.
Mark as read Places the selected voicemail message in the Old folder.
Mark as new Places the selected voicemail message in the New folder.
