To search a personal contact
1.
Go to Contact > Personal.
2. Press the More soft key.
The Search item is selected.
3. Press the OK soft key.
A search field appears at the top of the screen.
4. Enter part of a number or name to search for.
As you enter letters or numbers, the list filters your contacts.
Directory
Contact > Directory lists FortiVoice user entries such as extensions and groups.
To search for a contact
1. Go to Contact > Directory.
2. Press the Search soft key.
3. Enter part of a number or name to search for.
4. Press the OK soft key.
