Configuration overview
Tool
Some settings in the Tool section require that you enter the administrator password. The
default password is 23646.
The Tool section contains configuration file related settings:
Item Description
Reboot Reboots the phone.
Factory Defaults Restores the phone to the factory default configuration.
Request Configuration Requests the configuration file from the provisioning server.
Request Firmware Upgrade Requests the upgrade of the FortiFone firmware.
Before requesting the upgrade, make sure that the FortiVoice administrator has
uploaded the FortiFone firmware file from the Fortinet Support website to the
FortiVoice phone system.
Diagnostic Report Runs a diagnostic report on account and network settings.

Reload Used to restart certain processes:

Traffic Capture Start and stop a traffic capture with a computer that is on the same network as the
phone.
Technical Support uses this tool to gather information.

ZTP Cloud When your FortiVoice Cloud administrator has configured zero-touch provisioning
(ZTP) for FortiFone phones, this section shows the following settings associated
