Performing a ping test
If your FON-x80 series IPphone is not working or not getting registered, you can try to identify the problem by performing
a ping test and determine if the phone is connected to a network and can reach a specific destination.
1. On your FON-x80 series IPphone, determine its IP address:
a.
Press the Menu soft key or press the button.
b. Use the navigation keys to select Status.
c. On the General tab, take note of the IP address.
2. On your computer, start a web browser and enter:
https://<ip_address>
Where <ip_address> is the IP address of the FON-x80 series IPphone.
3. The web browser displays a Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead. Accept the risk by clicking Advanced, and
then clicking Accept the Risk and Continue.

In Name, enter admin.
