Use this command to configure the period when deferred oversized emails will start and stop being
processed. Deferring oversized emails can offload processing to a time of day when email traffic is not
as busy.
Syntax
set mailserver smtp deferbigmsg starttime <hh:mm>
set mailserver smtp deferbigmsg stoptime <hh:mm>
