Wireless Sensors / Detectors
All Sensors (door/window contact sensors, motion de-
tectors, panic buttons, gas leak detectors, etc.) are pro-
grammed using the same steps. First, put the panel into
listening mode, then trigger the Sensor in order to send
a signal to the main panel. Specics on triggering dier-
ent types of sensors can be found on page 38, Triggering
Accessories.
Programming a Wireless Sensor
1. Press and hold the Set button until the panel says,
“Please trigger remote control,” and the light begins
to ash red. At this point, release the Set button.
2. Press and release the Set button once; the panel will
say, “Please trigger sensor,” and the light will ash
green.
3. Trigger the accessory. e panel will say, “[Type of
accessory] sensor added successfully.”
4. Press and release the Power button once to exit listen-
ing mode.
