Troubleshooting
If you experience any diculties with the system, you can
contact Fortress Customer Support for assistance.
Power Cycling the Main Panel
If the system begins behaving unexpectedly, or stops work-
ing as usual, one possible solution is to power cycle the
main panel.
1. Unplug the power cable.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the light on the
panel turns o.
3. Wait for 30-60 seconds.
4. Press and hold the Power button until the light turns
on.
5. Plug in the power cable.
In some cases, if the main panel’s internal battery was not
fully charged, you may need to let the panel charge for 1-2
hours aer the power cycle, then test the system again.
