Performing a Factory Reset
Some rare issues may be resolved by performing a factory
reset in the main panel, then reprogramming the system
and testing again. To perform a factory reset:
1. Press and release the Power button. e light will turn
blue and begin to ash.
2. Press and hold the WiFi button until the panel ver-
bally announces, “System restored successfully!”
Your system has now been reset.
Performing a factory reset will delete all programming.
is includes all contact numbers, entry delays, and sen-
sors! For this reason, we recommend contacting Customer
Support before performing a factory reset. All program-
ming will be cleared and all settings will be reverted to the
defaults.
