LCC - Load Cell Calibration
NOTE: A Load Cell is used to weigh and
portion frozen French fries. They ship from
the factory calibrated, but load cell
replacement or repair of the automation
assembly require recalibration, to ensure
accurate dispense weights. Follow this
procedure to calibrate a load cell.
1) Leave unit plugged in.
2) Product hopper should be removed and
any remaining fries removed from rubber
bucket before proceeding.
3) Turn Main Power Switch ON.
4) Press Lane Power-ON touchpad and wait for display to show: Ready.
From Standby condition press touchpads:
3-3-3-3. [Entry code]
Special Mode Select

Set Language ?
