During welding, an electronic regulator adapts the power source characteristic to
suit the welding electrode. The result is a lightweight and compact device with
excellent ignition and weld properties. When using cellulose electrodes (CEL), a
dedicated operating mode can be chosen for perfect welding results. TIG weld-
ing with touchdown ignition greatly extends the range of applications.
