Removing the
ACCUPLT PC

Open housing as described in the
"Opening the housing" section

Disconnect plugs (6), (8), (9) and
(10)

Remove six TX20 screws (2, 3, 4, 5,
7)

Remove six TX25 screws (1)

Remove ACCUPLT board
Installing the
ACCUPLT PC
board
NOTE!
On power sources with VRD option,
the plug X13 must be moved from the
old PC board to the new one.

Insert the new ACCUPLT PC board

Fit six TX20 screws (1). Torque: 1.5
Nm

Fit six TX25 screws
- (2) Battery positive lead
- (3) Boost choke
- (4) Output choke
- (5) Battery negative lead
- (6) Welding current. Torque: 3.0
Nm

Connect plugs (6), (8), (9) and (10)

Close housing as described in the
"Closing the housing" section
