Manually checking the cleaning device functions
General
NOTE!
Before starting the automatic cleaning process, the functions of the cleaning device
must be checked manually.
NOTE!
To ensure that the functions are checked properly, the welding torch must be in the
cleaning position.

NOTE!
When the slot for the "Lifting device up/down", "Spray in parting agent" and "Clamp
gas nozzle/Cleaning motor on" screws is positioned horizontally, function is deac-
tivated.
Disconnect the cleaning device from the robot control
Establish a compressed air supply to the cleaning device
The following must be checked when the functions are being performed:
- function of the gas nozzle clamping device (gas nozzle clamping device extends/re-
tracts)
- function of the cleaning motor (cleaning motor OFF/ON)
