Working w ith the notebook
Switching on the notebook via the port replicator
► Press the ON/
OFF button on the port replicator to switch on the notebook.
Switching off the notebook via the dock
► Close all applications and then shut down your operating s ystem (please
refer to t he manual for the operating system).
If the notebook cannot be shut down properly, press the O N/O FF button on the notebook
for approx. four seconds. The notebook will switch off. Any data not saved may be lost.
Disconnecting the notebook from the port replicator
► Pull the supplied USB cable (U S B Type C) out of the USB Intel® Thunderbolt

charging function and display port (USB Type C) on the notebook.
