4. Perform the following steps if your workstation uses Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, or NT.
Otherwise, proceed to step 5.
a. Click Start and select Programs > Accessories > Communications > Hyperterminal.
The Connection Description dialog box displays.

b. Enter a name for the connection in the Connection Description text box, and click OK.
