When You Cannot Uninstall the Software
This section explains how to troubleshoot when you cannot uninstall ScanSnap Manager, ScanSnap
Organizer, or CardMinder.
1. Restart the computer and log on as a user with Administrator privileges.

Remove the installation information.

3. Install the software.
