FUNCTION: Reset
DESCRIPTION:
The RS command resets the state of the processor to its power-on condition. The previously saved
state of the controller, along with parameter values, and saved sequences are restored.
RS-1 Soft master reset. Restores factory defaults without changing EEPROM. To restore
EEPROM settings use RS with no arguments.

OPERAND USAGE:
_RS returns the state of the processor on its last power-up condition. The value returned is the
decimal equivalent of the 4 bit binary value shown below.
Bit 3 For master reset error (there should be no program to execute)
Bit 2 For program check sum error
Bit 1 For parameter check sum error
Bit 0 For variable check sum error
