FUNCTION: Upload
DESCRIPTION:
The UL command transfers data from the controller to a host computer. Programs are sent
without line numbers. The Uploaded program will be followed by a <control>Z as an end of
text marker.

When used as an operand, _UL gives the number of available variables. The number of available
variables is 510.
