1. Do you use windows or mac OS? Which os version? desktop or laptop?
2. Does the cursor offset issue occurs in the drawing programs only or it happens everywhere?
If it happens in drawing programs only, please tell me which programs have you tested and which
version of them?
3. How much mm is the distance/gap between the pen nib and cursor? take a video of the it, let us
see whether it is within the normal range.
4. Are you left- or right-hand user?
5. Are the tablet express keys on your left side or right side?
