Activate network loopback

Up = 32 ksps, Down = 48 ksps
Audio input format.
Up = Analog audio input, Down = AES/EBU audio input
AES/EBU audio output format.
Up = Consumer audio format, Down = Pro audio format
Clock sync (see Section 2.3, Digital Audio, for details).
Up = Sync to internal clock, Down = Sync to external AES clock
For future use. Must be set UP.
Inverse multiplexing mode.
None (use in any non-ISDN multiplexer)
FHG (use with MPEG Layer 3 in an ISDN mux only)
