4.3 Configuration Errors
When any of the switch settings on the PTR-255 create a configuration error, the card will not
operate and the SRVC LED will blink to notify the use that an error exists.
A configuration error can be any one or more of the following conditions:
A combination of starting time slot and data rate that would require the card to place
data beyond the rate limit of the multiplexer (that is, above time slot 24 in a T1 system,
time slot 31 in an E1 system or B channel 2 in an ISDN system).
An auxiliary data rate selection not supported by the audio algorithm selected.
Setting any of the audio configuration switches to positions not specified in the setup
tables.
