Making an intercom call during an external call
You can initiate an intercom call to another system handset during a Skype or regular
call.
Handset 1
1. Press during an external call. The external call will be placed on hold
automatically.
2. Press
/ to select the desired handset, and then press the Call softkey.
Handset 2
3. Press
flash
to answer the intercom call from handset 1.
To return to the external call:
Handset 1
4. Press the End softkey during the intercom call. This ends the intercom call and
returns to the external call.
Transferring a call

Handset 1
1. Press during an external call.
2. Press
/ to select the desired handset, and then press the Call softkey.
Handset 2
3. Press
flash
to take the call.
Handset 1
4. Press to transfer the external call to handset 2.
