Hydrochloric acid concentration should not exceed 0.1 M in pressure sensors, for example, in
the pressure monitor, or in the column valve V9-C. For other parts of the system up to 1 M HCl
is acceptable for short periods of use.
For cleaning of columns with HCl concentrations exceeding 0.1 M, manually fill a loop with HCl
and inject the cleaning agent.
