Touchscreen
The quality of the display is not
good.
The cable is not connected
properly.
The video display is bad.
1. Check the connection between the
video display and the patient monitor.
If necessary, replace the video display
with a known good one.
2. If the problem is not corrected, replace
the processor board.
The power on/off switch on the
patient monitor does not
illuminate when it is toggled.
The power supply is bad. Replace the power supply.
Continuous beeping alarm and
alarm light flashing yellow.
Mains supply is lost or the USB
cable is disconnected.
Restore the mains supply or reconnect the
USB cable.

Touchscreen operation
inaccurate.
Touchscreen not calibrated. Calibrate touchscreen, see section 7.1.2.
Touchscreen inoperative. Touchscreen USB cable loose Connect the USB touchscreen cable to the
CPU unit or to the display.
NOTE: Secure the connected USB cable to
the CPU unit. Use the existing retaining
clips attached to the CPU unit.
Touchscreen USB cable
connected to the wrong USB
connector in the monitor.
Connect the touchscreen USB cable to the
correct connector.
Faulty touchscreen sensor. Replace the display.
