Usethefollowingproceduretoremovethedisplayassembly.
1.Beforebeginninganysteps,followtheinstructionsin“PreparingtheSystemfor
FRUReplacement”onpage73.
2.Removethetopcoverassembly.

3.Turnoverthetopcoverassemblyandremovethesixfastenersshowninthe
followingphotograph.
4.Turnoverthetopcoverassembly,slidethedisplayassemblytowardthefrontof
thetopcoverassembly,andliftthedisplayassembly,asshowninthefollowing
photograph.
NOTE:
Carefullyguidethedisplaycableandkeypadribbonoutoftheslotsonthe
topcover.
5.PryouttheO-ringfromthetopcover,asshowninthefollowingphotograph.
6.Turnthedisplayoversothebottomdisplaycoverisfacingyou.
