PrinterModuleAssembly
Thefollowingproceduresdescribehowtoremoveandreplacetheprintermodule
assembly.
RemovingthePrinterModuleAssembly
Usethefollowingproceduretoremovetheprintermoduleassembly.
1.Beforebeginninganysteps,followtheinstructionsin“PreparingtheSystemfor
FRUReplacement”onpage73.
2.Removethetopcoverassembly,ifitishasnotbeenremovedalready.

3.Detachthechassis.
See“DetachingtheChassis”onpage82forinstructions.
4.Removethefour(4)screwssecuringtheprintermoduleassemblytothebottom
cover.
Thelocationsofthefour(4)screwsareapproximatelyidentiedinthefollowing
photograph.
5.Lifttheprintermoduleassemblytoremoveit.
