temperature on the package.

Because heated air is circulated evenly

excellent results using multiple shelves.
Multi-shelf baking may increase cook times
slightly tot some too(ls but tile overall result is
time saved. Cookies, m uflins, biscuits and
other quickbreads give vei T good results with
multi-shelf baking.
When baking on 3 shelves, divide the oven into
thirds by placing the offset shelf ill the third
(C) shelf position and the straight shelves ill
first (A) and fom'th (D) shelf positions.
For two-shelf baking, place the ottset shelf ill
the bottonl (A) shelf position. Place the straight
shelf ill the third (C) shelf position.
