Before claiming the warranty service, verify using the operating instructions whether what you have
encountered is actually a defect and not a different system error. If the device should be defective,
please send it back, free of charge, in a carefully packed and well protected package to the dealer in
order for the device to be repaired as soon as possible.

Ursache des Fehlers lokalisieren zu können.
A copy of the receipt as well as a detailed description of the error
including the model name and serial number and the used battery cells must be enclosed with the
package in order to process the warranty claim. This information is important in order for the
manufacturer to be able to determine the cause of the error.

This warranty does not apply under the following conditions:
1. Defekt durch Unfälle, unsachgemäßer Verwendung oder fehlerhaften, verwendungsfremden
Betrieb. / Defects due to accidents, improper or incorrect use, deviating from the intended use.
2. Unerlaubter Veränderung, oder eigenmächtiger Reparatur. /
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
3. Beschädigung beim Transport. / Damage during transport.
4. Schaden durch äußere Umwelteinflüsse wie Überspannung,
Blitz, Wechselstrom, Hitze oder Feuchtigkeit. /
Damage caused by external environmental influences such as overvoltage,
lightning strike, AC current, heat or moisture.
5. Mechanischer Beschädigung oder überzogener Anschlussklemmen. /
Mechanical damage or overtightened terminals.
6. Wasserlandung / Water landing (ditching)
