Die Vorwahl des Schubs bzw. der Drehzahl des Antriebs erfolgt mit dem Poti am Interface oder mit einem
externen Gashebel. / The selection of thrust or speed of the drive is handled using the potentiometer on
the interface or using an external throttle.
Bei schlagartigem hochfahren des Potentiometers/Gasgriff wird eine parametrierbare Schubrampe
gestartet, die den Antrieb beschleunigt. / When the potentiometer/throttle grip is suddenly moved to the
open position, a parameterizable thrust ramping process is started which accelerates the drive.
Beim zurückstellen des Poti’s wird der Antrieb in einer parametrierbaren Verzögerungsrampe gestoppt. /
When the potentiometer/throttle grip is moved back again, the drive is stopped using a parameterizable
deceleration ramping process.
Anschließend wird der Motor gebremst (wenn parametriert), so dass sich eine Faltluftschraube anlegen
kann. Wird die Reglerfreigabe deaktiviert, wird auch die Motorbremse deaktiviert. / The motor is then
braked (if parameterized), so that the folding propeller can will fold together. If the controller enable is
deactivated, the motor brake is deactivated as well.
Teach In des Potisignals: / Teaching of the potentiometer signal:
Das Teachin ist nur dann möglich, wenn die Reglerfreigabe für den Antrieb noch nicht aktiviert war und
wenn ein minimaler Bereich < 80%, sowie eine Range von > 8% eingestellt werden kann. / Teaching is
only possible if the controller enable for the drive has not yet been actuated and if a minimum range of
<80% and an overall range of >8% can be set.
Wurde die Reglerfreigabe aktiviert, ist ab diesem Zeitpunkt kein Teachin mehr möglich. Erst wenn der
Antrieb über den Akku komplett ausgeschaltet und wieder eingeschaltet wurde, kann das Teachin
wiederholt werden. / If the controller enable has been actuated, teaching is no longer possible at this
point. Only when the drive has been completely switched off via the battery and switched on again can
the teaching process be repeated.
Der Minimal und Maximalpunkt des Potentiometers kann über folgende Teachfunktion eingestellt
werden: / The minimum and maximum point of the potentiometer can be set via the following teaching
function:
1. Minimalposition plus minimale Zugabe nach oben einstellen / Set minimum position plus
minimum addition upward
2. Taste Reglerfreigabe betätigen und ca. 7 Sekunden halten bis ein schneller intermittierender
Ton abgegeben wird. / Press the controller enable button and hold it for approx. 7 seconds until
a fast repeating intermittent tone can be heard.
3. Taste Reglerfreigabe loslassen. Bei erfolgreichem Teachin ertönt ein 0,7 Sekunden langes
Tonsignal / Release the controller enable button. Upon successful teaching, a 0.7 second beep
will sound.
4. Maximalposition minus minimale Zugabe nach unten einstellen / Set maximum position minus
minimum addition downward
5. Taste Reglerfreigabe betätigen und ca. 7 Sekunden halten bis ein schneller intermittierender
Ton abgegeben wird. / Press the controller enable button and hold it for approx. 7 seconds until
a fast repeating intermittent tone can be heard.
6. Taste Reglerfreigabe loslassen. Bei erfolgreichem Teachin ertönt ein 0,7 Sekunden langes

Alle hier und im folgenden Beschriebenen Funktionen sind per Defaulteinstellung parametriert.
Grundsätzlich können Antriebsverhalten, Bremse, Hochlauframpe, Rücklauframpe etc.
Anwendungsspezifisch mit Rücksprache von Geiger Engineering geändert werden. / All functions
described here and in the following are parameterized in accordance with their default settings. In
principle, drive control characteristics, brake, acceleration ramp, deceleration ramp etc. can be
modified in accordance with the application in consultation with Geiger Engineering.
