Introduction and Safety
Safety Rules
Study these safety rules carefully before installing,
operating or servicing this equipment. Become familiar
with this manual, the owner’s manual and the unit. The
equipment can operate safely, efficiently and reliably only
if it is properly installed, operated and maintained. Many
accidents are caused by failing to follow simple and
fundamental rules or precautions.
The manufacturer cannot anticipate every possible
circumstance
that might involve a hazard. The alerts in
this manual and on tags and decals affixed to the unit are
not all-inclusive. If using a procedure, work method or
operating technique the manufacturer does not
specifically recommend, verify it is safe for others and
does not render the equipment unsafe.
General Hazards

comply with applicable codes, standards, laws and
regulations. Failure to do so will result in death
or serious injury.

Electrical Hazards

terminals, and connections while generator
is running will result in death or serious injury.
