4.8.8 F8 - Failed to complete setup
This fault may occur during or immediately after the Setup Mode. Press the Master
Reset Switch on the Facilities Module to clear this fault.
4.8.9 F9 - Calibration check period exceeded
If the calibration checks gas is left on the sensor for more than 6 minutes, this fault will
occur. Remove the gas and allow the sensor to see clean air.
In each of the fault cases listed on this page, when the fault occurs the FUA output is
activated. Pressing the ACCEPT button on the Facilities Module (FM002A) will
acknowledge the fault, de-activate the FUA output and the fault LED will stop flashing
and remain ON until the fault is corrected.
