4. To define a detection region:
A. Use the slider to set a desired sensitivity level for the detection
region you want to define in step 4B. The sensitivity levels
range from 1 to 10, with 8 as default. The higher the level, the
more sensitive the camera is to motion.
B. On the live view, draw a detection area. To draw an irregular
shape, drag one or more of the red dots that outline the box
until the line is in the shape that you want.

C. Click Fix to confirm your setting.
D. To create several areas with different sensitivities, repeat steps
4A and 4B.
E. To clear any defined area, click
under the image, and
click the X icon to remove it. Click again to return to
the setting.
5. To ignore motion detection in a certain area:
A. Select Non Detection Zone and draw an area to mask off an
unwanted area on the live view.
