4.2 Operation Mode Page
Operation Mode allows operator to change strapping mode.
(C) Shows strapping mode and detail setting of mode. Operator could press Potentiometer,
then the (C) will twinkle then it’s allowed to change to different mode
➢ MANUAL STRAP → push Potentiometer to confirm → back to Main Page (shows
MANUAL STRAP READY)
➢ AUTO STRAP → push Potentiometer to confirm → T1 DELAY _ _ S (this timer
means the delay time after package is on the table sensor, from 0.0 to 5.0) →
rotate Potentiometer to set value then press to confirm → back to Main Page
(shows AUTO STRAP READY)
➢ CONTI STRAP → push Potentiometer to confirm → T1 DELAY _ _ S (this timer
means the delay time for 1st strap after package is on the table sensor, from 0.0 to
5.0) → rotate Potentiometer to set value then press to confirm → T2 DELAY _ _ S
(this timer means for all following straps time gap until package is out of the table
sensor, from 0.0 to 5.0) → rotate Potentiometer to set value then press to confirm
→ back to Main Page (shows CONTI STRAP READY)
Note: T1 delay time is shared for AUTO STRAP and CONTI STRAP
Note: During your setting adjustment, if idles over 10 seconds, it will automatically go
back to Main Page with your current setting.
