5.4 Tension
The machine is well set for Tension. It might needs some adjustment when you have
smooth strap or different thickness on this machine, or you have different application.
Note: Excessive Tension might cause damage on strap then jammed
Note: Excessive Tension might also cause Tension Roller touch strap in zero position then
having Feeding or Refeeding problem.
The adjustment of Tension:
a. Open front and rear table cover
b. Make sure with strap between Tension Rollers
c. Use LCD function “SERVICE MODE” and manual run CAM to Tension Position
d. Release nut (A) and adjust the rod (B)
e. When the Tension Roller slightly grabs the strap, then adjust the rod for 1 full turn, then
lock the nut to fix the adjustment
f. Use LCD function “SERVICE MODE” and manual run CAM back to Zero Position
